Our company uses an online - real time guard and patrol monitoring service which automates the following:
Patrol Monitoring
Online Data Transmission
Rule based data checking.
Inform users in case of rule deviation
Online Data Display
The above Electronic Guard Tour (EGT) Guard & Patrol Monitoring service, offers a complete solution using less human intervention.
Reduction of control costs.
The company does not waste working hours nor consumables to perform the control of patrols.
Increased of installations safety levels.
Patrols have been audited in accordance with the rules of the guarding plan and always performed in accordance with it.
Theft reduction.
The regular and uninterrupted implementation of patrols is inhibiting factor against prospective thieves.
Update managers in real time.
In case of deviation from the rules of guarding plan have immediate notification of those responsible.
Increase efficiency and quality of guarding services.
The guard knowing that there is a constant and continuous control performs patrol according to plan of guarding.
Accuracy and efficiency of data.
There is a continuous synchronization of portable and fixed devices with the date and time of the server.
Transparency of data .
Data can not be modified during the gathering, transmission and viewing.
Data File
The data collected are preserved in electronic form for a long time.
Facilities Data integration.
When there are multiple facilities at local level or country level,
the data is integrated and presented separately for each facility from the same application.
Increase personnel security.
In case of phimosis, accident or illness of the guard, officers are informed in minimum possible time.
The checkpoints from which the guards must visit are composed by proximity cards with integrated RFID technology. Seemingly it is a simple plastic card but includes internal antenna and circuits with microprocessor and memory (Figure b) which are not visible - accessible. In RFID cards memory is stored the unique number - identification (ID) which is read by the portable handheld device
The proximity cards are not face any problems due to external weather conditions dust, rain, humidity, snow, because the reader doesn’t come in contact with them. Even if someone paints over the cart point, this It is operates without any problem since the reading of the unique digital number is done remotely.

When the microprocessor detects the range of the antenna an RFID card immediately inform the processor to read from the card unique number (ID) that is set by the manufacturer.
After the microprocessor is put in memory the unique number of the RFID card requests from the real time module the current date and time and stores the collected data in the memory.
The microprocessor communicates constantly to GPRS module, therefore maintain constant connectivity to the Central station on 5 minutes interval in order to synchronize the time to this host.
After process completion the device performs visual and aural indication so that the guard can identify that the reading process is completed - recording the unique number of RFID card.
Then the microprocessor analyzes the data and sends them to the host computer through GPRS channel. When the process is finalized informs the user (guard) by visual and audible indication that the data transmition is completed.
On data reception a lot of information are recorder which processed by our experienced company personnel working in 24 hours basis. Taking care of the collected information , analyze and immediate response is their main interest in case of deviations from the indicated program with main focus on resolving any problem or difficulty arise throughout the course of the 24-hour facilities.
